श्रुत्वा तु वाक्यं काकुत्स्थः सर्वेषां समुदीरितम् । विसर्जयामास तदा सर्वांस्ताञ्शत्रुतापनः ॥
Roman Transliteration (IAST)
śrutvā tu vākyaṃ kākutsthaḥ sarveṣāṃ samudīritam | visarjayāmāsa tadā sarvāṃstāñśatrutāpanaḥ ||
English Scholarly Translation
Thereupon lowering their heads and saluting him they all said to Rāghava, of a depressed mind-“For sooth, the subjects thus talk about.” Thereupon Kakutstha, the slayer of enemies, bearing all those words, dismissed his friends.
