Double-Blind Peer Review Policy & Mandatory Two-File Requirement

To ensure rigorous, unbiased, and objective evaluation, PIJCACE enforces strict double-blind peer review. You must submit two separate files:

Anonymous Manuscript (Required): Must contain the complete text, figures, tables, and references, but strictly NO author names, affiliations, email addresses, or self-identifying acknowledgments.
Title Page (Required): Contains the paper title, complete author names, institutional affiliations, corresponding author details, ORCID iDs, and acknowledgments/funding.

Manuscripts failing to comply with anonymization standards will be unsubmitted or returned for revision prior to editorial review.

1. Anonymous Manuscript File * (Required) Double-Blind Peer Review

Contains the full scholarly text, references, figures, and tables. Must not contain any author names, affiliations, or identifying metadata. Continuous line numbering is recommended.

2. Title Page File * (Required) Author Identities

A separate document containing manuscript title, full author names, institutional affiliations, corresponding author postal and email contact, ORCID iDs, and explicit acknowledgments.

3. Cover Letter to the Editor (Optional) Optional

A letter addressed to the Editor-in-Chief highlighting research novelty, alignment with PIJCACE scope, and any recommended/opposed reviewers.

Double-Blind Peer Review Compliance: I certify that the Anonymous Manuscript has been thoroughly scrubbed of all author names, institutional affiliations, direct self-citations, and hidden document metadata properties. * Originality & Non-Plagiarism Warranty: The manuscript represents entirely original research, has not been published in whole or part elsewhere, is not currently under review by any other journal, and adheres to the PIJCACE Publication Ethics & Malpractice Policy. * Generative AI & LLM Disclosure: Any application of AI-assisted technologies in data processing or drafting has been transparently disclosed in accordance with COPE/WAME guidelines and the PIJCACE AI Policy. Submission Checklist

Removing Author Info in Word

Before uploading your Anonymous Manuscript, sanitize file properties in Microsoft Word:

Click File → Info
Select Check for Issues → Inspect Document
Click Inspect and then Remove All next to "Document Properties and Personal Information".
