tato'sya hāraṃ candrābhaṃ mucya kaṇṭhātsa rāghavaḥ | vaidūryataralaṃ snehādābabandhe hanūmati ||
English Scholarly Translation
Having said this, Rāma took off from his neck a chain 'set with sapphires brilliant as the rays of the moon and placed it round the neck of Hanuman.
