sa bhāraḥ saumya bhartavyo yo naraṃ nāvasādayet | tadannamupabhoktavyaṃ jīryate yadanāmayam ||
English Scholarly Translation
It is always proper to carry such a weight as does not exhaust (him who carries); it is always proper to take such a food as does not cause illness.
