Abstract

This article analyzes the effect of pressure (0.1–100 MPa) and temperature (20–250°C) on the properties of technological fluids (HCl, water) and reaction products ( ) during acid treatment of carbonate reservoirs. Studies show that under deep reservoir conditions, gases transition to a supercritical state, salt solubility increases, and acid viscosity decreases significantly. Considering these changes allows for increasing the efficiency of acid stimulation and correctly modeling the development of wormholes.
