Abstract

This article examines the factors influencing foreign language learning. The study analysed students’ motivations for learning foreign languages, the language skills they consider most important, organisational factors affecting the educational process, preferred learning resources, and the role of the teacher. The findings revealed that opportunities for communication, the development of speaking and listening comprehension skills, engaging lessons, and the use of modern educational resources are of particular importance to students.
