The purpose of the study is to enhance the effectiveness of volleyball training by taking into account students’ individual levels of physical preparedness. The research methods included analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, physical fitness testing, and mathematical-statistical analysis. The results demonstrated that training sessions organized on the basis of a differentiated approach significantly improved students’ speed, agility, jumping ability, and endurance. The findings indicate that differentiated training methods contribute to more effective development of physical qualities, increase student participation, and improve the overall efficiency of the educational and training process. It is concluded that the implementation of differentiated methodology in volleyball training is an effective means of optimizing physical education in higher education institutions.
