Abstract

This article analyzes the pedagogical effectiveness of a virtual simulation methodology developed on the basis of an ergonomic approach. Virtual simulation is examined as a modern didactic tool that enables the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical activity, the development of learners’ professional skills, and the creation of a safe and interactive educational environment. The article highlights the key aspects of the ergonomic approach related to the organization of the learning environment, learner activity, information perception, visual load, interactivity and user convenience. Special attention is paid to the impact of the virtual simulation methodology on learning motivation, independent thinking, the quality of practical task performance, knowledge acquisition and the development of professional competencies. The findings indicate that ergonomically optimized virtual simulations serve as an important pedagogical factor in improving the effectiveness of the educational process.
