Abstract

This article examines the individual psychological characteristics of university students, the psychological challenges they encounter, and methods for addressing them. Within the framework of the study, a comparative analysis of sincerity levels, extraversion-introversion, and emotional stability among students from NavSU, UzSWLU, CSPU, AndSU, and SamSIFL was conducted using Eysenck's Personality Inventory and the Kruskal–Wallis H-test. The findings indicate that the personality-typological characteristics of students vary statistically significantly depending on their field of study and academic environment. The article proposes practical recommendations for enhancing academic performance and improving psychological support systems for students through cognitive development, the “four-color method” in communication, and attention focus management.
