Abstract
<jats:p>This article presents an empirical analysis of adaptability and psychological regulation indicators among military personnel discharged into the reserve during their transition to civil society. The study analyzes the specific features of psycho-emotional transformation, identity reconstruction, and social adaptation processes observed in individuals after military service. Based on empirical data, correlational relationships were identified between the levels of stress resilience, emotional stability, cognitive flexibility, and communicative competence of individuals in the reserve.</jats:p>
