Abstract
<jats:p>This article examines the conceptual model and future prospects for enhancing youth media culture in Uzbekistan. The study focuses on the development of media and information literacy among young people, preparing them for conscious and responsible participation in the digital environment, and fostering critical evaluation skills regarding contemporary information flows. Particular attention is given to the role of educational institutions, mass media, internet platforms, social networks, and civil society organizations in promoting youth media culture. The article also addresses important issues related to protecting young people from disinformation, manipulative content, and other information threats. Based on the research findings, a conceptual model for enhancing youth media culture is proposed, and its key structural components and future development directions are identified. The author argues that improving media and information literacy, strengthening critical thinking, and fostering a culture of digital communication contribute to greater social engagement among young people and reinforce their position in modern society.</jats:p>
