It has been proven that the use of such approaches contributes to increasing motivation for classes, forming a positive attitude towards physical culture, developing basic physical qualities, preventing hypodynamia and strengthening the general functional state of the body. At the same time, attention is focused on the fact that fitness technologies are not only an innovative method of organizing classes, but also an important component of forming a culture of a healthy lifestyle, self-control skills, self-regulation and a responsible attitude towards one's own health. It is generalized that their introduction into the educational process creates a basis for the humanization of physical education, increasing its effectiveness and bringing the content of classes in line with modern educational and social demands.
