Abstract
<jats:p>This article analyzes the theoretical foundations, characteristics, economic and social essence, and development prospects of forming the organic food market in Uzbekistan in connection with artificial intelligence technologies. The article reviews global and local market trends, international experiences, and recommendations adapted to Uzbekistan's conditions. Furthermore, the possibilities of increasing market efficiency through the use of AI-based digital solutions in the development of organic product certification, marketing, and monitoring systems are evaluated. In particular, the role of AI technologies in demand forecasting, product movement tracking, price monitoring, and increasing export potential is highlighted. This research is important not only from a scientific point of view but also practically for the development of organic agriculture, the implementation of digital management mechanisms, and the expansion of export potential.</jats:p>
