Abstract
<jats:p>В статье раскрыто понятие «экспертиза отчета об оценке» в контексте законодательного регулирования оценочной и судебно-экспертной деятельности. Авторами предложена классификация элементов экспертного исследования оценочных отчетов, основанная на декомпозиции этого процесса на организационное, информационное и методическое обеспечение. Описаны общие и особенные элементы процесса экспертизы таких отчетов в указанных видах деятельности. Выделены причины появления противоречий в выводах экспертов-оценщиков и судебных экспертов при анализе отчетов. Предложен комплекс мер по организации и проведению исследования отчета об оценке на единой организационно-технологической основе.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article reveals the concept of «examination of the assessment report» in the context of the legislative regulation of evaluation and forensic expertise. The authors propose a classification of the elements of the expert study of assessment reports based on the decomposition of this process into organizational, informational and methodological support. The general and special elements of the process of examination of such reports in the evaluation and forensic activities are described. The reasons for the appearance of contradictions in the conclusions of evaluators and forensic experts when analyzing reports are highlighted. A set of measures is proposed for organizing and conducting a study of the assessment report on a single organizational and technological basis.</jats:p>
