Abstract

The article presents the results of scientific research conducted in the almond biocenosis of the Fergana Valley in the period from 2021 to 2024. According to the results of preliminary studies, it was found that 10 species of pests belonging to 5 genera and 9 families of pests are found in the almond biocenosis. The almond moth (Eurytoma samsonovi Vass) was identified as a specialized pest of almonds. However, foreign literature indicates that this pest also damages plums and peaches. The food chain of the plum false scale insect (Sphayerolecanium prunastri Fonsc) includes apricot, almond, apple, pear and peach trees.
