Abstract

In the highly saline soils of the Karabuga MFY of the Karauzyak district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Amaranthus cruentus (red amaranth) and Amaranthus albus (white amaranth), Burgan broom (Kochia scoparia), Olabut (Atriplex L.) non-traditional fodder crops are the main factor in further reducing the level of soil salinity as a nutritious feed (silos) in livestock farming. One of the global problems of cluster and farmer agriculture today is the economic efficiency of nontraditional fodder crops in improving degraded soils.
