Abstract

<jats:p>This article addresses the problem of modernizing the digital educational environment of a modern university amidst the rapid development of technology and the increasing demands of the labor market regarding graduates' IT competencies. The paper substantiates the thesis that the architecture of a standard digital educational environment, initially designed for the administrative support of the educational process, possesses a significant informational and functional deficit concerning the targeted development and monitoring of Hard-skills. Based on an analysis of the needs of key stakeholders in the educational process (students, faculty, administration, and industrial partners), the necessity of integrating specialized IT-Skills technology is identified. The primary scientific result of this research is the theoretical substantiation of a two-level system of informational and functional principles for this integration. The core (invariant) principles ensuring architectural stability are identified as modularity, data integrity, semanticity, non-invasiveness, and asynchronicity. The optional (domain-specific) principles – adaptivity, personalization, analytical capability, and diagnostic capability – are derived from the core principles and reflect the specific nature of IT education, providing a link between academic training and the dynamics of the labor market. The novelty of this approach lies in viewing integration not merely as a technical interfacing of systems, but as an informational and functional process that preserves the continuity of the academic environment. The practical significance of the proposed system of principles is the creation of a methodological framework for designing integration solutions aimed at meeting the current needs of all participants in the educational process.</jats:p>
