Abstract
<jats:p>This article analyzes modern approaches to increasing human resources capacity, optimizing personnel management processes and achieving labor efficiency through the introduction of digital technologies in tourism enterprises. Also, scientific proposals and recommendations on promising areas of digital transformation of human capital in the industry are developed.
