Abstract
<jats:p>в статье представлена комплексная сравнительная характеристика уровня развития адаптивного плавания в регионах Сибирского федерального округа по ключевым индикаторам: структуре учреждений, осуществляющих работу с лицами с инвалидностью по паралимпийским видам спорта, доступности плавательной инфраструктуры, численности и этапам спортивной подготовки занимающихся, уровню спортивной квалификации, а также состоянию тренерско-преподавательского состава. Выявлены глубокие структурные диспропорции, межрегиональные различия и системные барьеры, объективно сдерживающие формирование устойчивой, функциональной и инклюзивной модели развития адаптивного плавания в СФО.</jats:p> <jats:p>the article presents a comprehensive comparative description of the level of adaptive swimming development in the regions of the Siberian Federal District based on key indicators: the structure of institutions working with people with disabilities in Paralympic sports, accessibility of swimming infrastructure, the number and stages of sports training of those involved, the level of sports qualifications, as well as the state of the coaching and teaching staff. Deep structural imbalances, inter-regional differences, and systemic barriers have been identified that objectively constrain the formation of a sustainable, functional, and inclusive model for the development of adaptive swimming in the Siberian Federal District.</jats:p>
