Abstract
<jats:p>статья посвящена проблеме развития образовательных стратегий для подростков и молодежи, в которой представлены пути преодоления влияния вредных субкультур и цифровизации через жанр школьного театра эстрадных миниатюр (ШТЭМ), как эффективного инструмента для формирования здорового юмора и сатиры. Рассматриваются возможности ШТЭМ в студийной деятельности коллектива, которые помогают воспитанникам раскрывать социально-политические темы и осваивать практические задачи в творческих форматах. На примере опыта театр-студии «ГлаголЪ» Дома детского творчества г. Воронежа демонстрируется, как ШТЭМ воспитывает творчески активную личность подростков на основе театрально-игровой педагогики, развивая навыки размышления, диалога и социальной ответственности в условиях учреждения дополнительного образования.</jats:p> <jats:p>the article addresses the problem of developing educational strategies for adolescents and young people, presenting ways to overcome the influence of harmful subcultures and digitalization through the genre of the School Theatre of Variety Miniatures (ShTEM) as an effective tool for fostering healthy humour and satire. The paper examines the potential of ShTEM within studio-based creative practice, enabling participants to explore socio-political themes and master practical tasks through artistic formats. Using the experience of the “Glagol” Theatre Studio at the House of Children’s Creativity in Voronezh as an example, the study demonstrates how ShTEM contributes to the formation of a creatively active adolescent personality through theatrical and play-based pedagogy, developing skills of reflection, dialogue, and social responsibility in the context of supplementary education.</jats:p>
