Abstract
<jats:p>настоящая работа посвящена анализу рынка зелёных финансовых инструментов в России в период 2024-2025 гг. с акцентом на облигации устойчивого развития (ESG/зелёные облигации). В статье рассматриваются структурные особенности рынка, регуляторная и рейтинговая среда, а также механизмы привлечения финансирования для проектов в области энергоэффективности, возобновляемой энергетики, обращения с отходами и т.д. Представлены показатели объёмов размещений, динамика спроса и предложения, роль государственных и корпоративных эмитентов, а также риски и вызовы, связанные с внедрением зелёных инструментов в российской экономике. Аналитическая часть опирается на регуляторные документы, рейтинговые обзоры и отраслевые отчёты за 2024-2025 гг., что позволяет сформировать оценку текущего состояния рынка и перспектив его развития в контексте государственной политики и мировых трендов ESG.</jats:p> <jats:p>this paper is devoted to the analysis of the green financial instruments market in Russia for the period of 2024-2025, with an emphasis on sustainability bonds (ESG/green bonds). The article examines the structural features of the market, the regulatory and rating environment, as well as mechanisms for attracting financing for projects in the fields of energy efficiency, renewable energy, waste management, etc. It presents issuance volume indicators, supply and demand dynamics, the role of government and corporate issuers, as well as the risks and challenges associated with the implementation of green instruments in the Russian economy. The analytical part is based on regulatory documents, rating reviews, and industry reports for 2024-2025, which allows for an assessment of the current market state and its development prospects in the context of state policy and global ESG trends.</jats:p>
