Abstract

The article examines the procedure for registering a linear structure as a necessary procedure for its state cadastral registration, inclusion in the real estate register, and payment of taxes. Interacting with linear structures on a land plot requires a professional approach and a thorough understanding of legal matters. The lack of effective and universal legal regulation of issues related to linear objects significantly complicates urban planning and land-property relations. Experience shows that many problems arise precisely because owners are insufficiently in-formed about their rights and responsibilities. This problem remains relevant today, as issues related to linear structures have always been and remain among the most complex in Russian urban planning and land legislation.
