Abstract
The article presents a rationale for landscaping a private plot as an optimal solution in rural areas. Based on a comprehensive analysis, a proposed approach is presented to preserve the recreational potential of the site while simultaneously producing environmentally friendly products. It was noted that when designing landscaping activities for household plots, it is necessary to take into account the ecosystem services of the soil, including productivity soil. It is proposed to create a sustainable agrobiocenosis using a three-tiered living hedge. It is proposed to include ornamental, industrial, medicinal, fruit-bearing plants, etc. in the basic composition of the agrobiocenosis. The prospects for using the Far Eastern Hectare program and the need to create eco-villages, eco-farms, and organize agritourism with the production of organic products for self-sufficiency are briefly outlined. As part of environmental education and reduction of anthropogenic impact on the environment, it is proposed to use efficient technologies through the use of biogas plants (methane production) and the use of composting methods (production of biofertilizers).
