Abstract
The relevance of this study is that in modern conditions of dynamic socio-economic changes and increasing demands for labor efficiency, the problem of professional burnout becomes critical for representatives of socio-economic professions (doctors, teachers, psychologists, managers). Chronic stress in the workplace leads not only to a decrease in productivity, but also to personality deformation, deterioration of physical condition and loss of professional motivation. Despite a significant amount of empirical data, there is a need to systematize and compare modern methods of psychological correction in order to determine the most effective approaches for different types of professional activity. The purpose of this work is to conduct a theoretical analysis of methods of psychological correction of professional burnout. In the process of writing this article, the following methods were used: analysis of scientific literature, deductive method, comparative method, as well as the method of generalization, induction and deduction. The use of the above methods allows for a comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon of professional burnout, to objectively assess the depth of destructive changes in the psycho-emotional sphere of specialists and to scientifically substantiate the choice of the most effective strategies of psychological correction. It has been determined that the essence of professional burnout in modern psychological science is defined as a complex multidimensional phenomenon that arises as a result of prolonged emotional overload in the course of professional activity. Its internal nature lies in the progressive depletion of cognitive, emotional and volitional resources of the individual, which is accompanied by a specific transformation of the attitude towards work, colleagues and oneself. In fact, burnout is a dysfunctional psychological defense mechanism, with the help of which the psyche tries to minimize energy expenditure in response to uncontrollable stress factors, which ultimately leads to professional deformation and loss of meaning in activity. The classification of methods of psychocorrection of professional burnout is given according to several criteria, in particular, by the object of influence, by theoretical approaches and by the form of work organization. It is established that this classification indicates that the most effective is a comprehensive combination of the above methods. In particular, organizational measures create a favorable foundation, while personality-oriented and cognitive techniques provide long-term resistance to stress. A theoretical model of professional burnout of employees of security organizations under martial law is given.
