Abstract
<jats:p>The article examines the concept of a bio-ecopolis as a promising tool for strengthening the technological sovereignty of the Russian Federation in the face of global challenges and sanctions pressure. The author analyzes the potential of bio-ecopolis to integrate advanced biotechnologies, principles of circular economy, and ecological urbanism to create autonomous, sustainable settlements with a closed life support cycle. The main conclusions of the article emphasize that the development of a network of bioecopolis can stimulate innovative activity and the commercialization of domestic scientific developments, ensure the sustainable development of remote and depressed regions, and become a driver for the growth of the national bio-economy and the achievement of technological leadership.</jats:p>
