Abstract
This chapter discusses the plight of women living with disability in Zimbabwe with special focus on their sexual and reproductive rights. The chapter Examines the extent to which women with disabilities (WWDs) understand their sexual and reproductive rights (SRR); examines the scope to which the legal framework enables WWDs in Zimbabwe enjoy their SRR; and analyses the degree to which culture encourages the enjoyment of SRR for WWDs in Zimbabwe. The thrust of the argument in this chapter, using the decolonial and empowerment theoretical framework, is that, the whole human race has to be decolonised from seeing people living with disability as the inferior other who either needs to be removed from the world, or be protected from the cruel world.
