Abstract
This chapter presents global case studies on agile learning with eduScrum as a framework for experiential learning in higher education. Drawing on contributions from teaching, learning, and research contexts, it examines how eduScrum structures collaborative, iterative, and learner-centred learning across universities, schools, adult education, and large-scale innovation initiatives. Conceptual foundations are linked with empirical cases, including interdisciplinary higher education courses, creativity-oriented learning designs, professional education, school–industry collaboration, and the purposeful use of artificial intelligence. A cross-case analysis identifies recurring patterns, tensions, and success factors, highlighting eduScrum's contribution to the development of innovation-relevant competences and long-term economic adaptability.
