Abstract
This paper proposes a reflective and meta-analytical analysis on the integration of socially responsible strategies, ethical leadership and artificial intelligence in organizations. Through a critical review of the literature and empirical cases, it is argued that the synergy between technology and ethics can generate sustainable competitive advantages, as long as it is based on principles of transparency, equity and participation. The importance of open governance frameworks, ethical training of leaders and organizational culture is highlighted as key elements to institutionalize social responsibility. It also highlights the challenges posed by the implementation of artificial intelligence in globalized contexts, which requires in-depth reflection on its ethical implications. Finally, recommendations are offered to promote sensitive leaderships, capable of articulating innovation with social justice and sustainability.
