Abstract

<jats:p>This chapter outlines socio-cultural factors and impact of organizational diversity management strategies and bias-reducing mechanism on recruitment. By relying on case studies and literature, the chapter examines organizational practices like inclusive HR policies, structured recruitment systems, leadership commitment, and technology-enablement of hiring processes for equity in employment outcomes. According to the report, Indian organisations are ramping up their efforts to adopt diversity and inclusion initiatives globally, responding to workplace inequities. D&amp;I initiatives contribute to fairer, more transparent, and more representative workforces. The chapter also shows how organizations adapt global staffing practices to local institutional realities, emphasizing the contextualization of diversity efforts. The finding recommends the integrated commitment by organization; standardized procedure of evaluation and monitoring facilitate recruitment diversity effective management for equitable and inclusive hiring outcome.</jats:p>
