Abstract
<jats:p>В статье исследуется проблема формирования профессионально-коммуникативной культуры курсантов образовательных организаций ФСИН России в контексте современных цифровых трансформаций. Актуальность внедрения SMART-технологий, в частности при обучении иностранным языкам, обосновывается тем, что они обеспечивают персонализацию образовательной траектории, создают интерактивную языковую среду, а также позволяют реализовать адаптивное обучение. Это делает их ключевым инструментом повышения эффективности данного процесса. Выдвигается гипотеза о том, что целенаправленное применение комплекса SMART-технологий (мобильные приложения, LMS, интерактивные платформы, симуляторы) в обучении иностранным языкам курсантов вузов ФСИН будет статистически значимо способствовать повышению уровня сформированности их профессионально-коммуникативной культуры, включая когнитивный, операционально-деятельностный и личностно-мотивационный компоненты, по сравнению с традиционными методами. Результаты опытно-экспериментальной работы на базе Академии ФСИН России с использованием адаптированной методики диагностики сформированности профессиональной культуры (на основе подходов В. А. Ясвина) подтвердили эффективность SMART-интеграции, показав положительную динамику во всех компонентах профессионально-коммуникативной культуры. Выявлены ключевые педагогические условия успешной реализации SMART-подхода в ведомственном образовании: интеграция цифровых образовательных ресурсов в единую информационно-коммуникационную среду, обеспечивающую доступ к учебным материалам; формирование цифровой компетентности преподавательского состава, позволяющей эффективно использовать функционал SMART-технологий; разработка и внедрение адаптивных обучающих систем для мониторинга образовательных результатов, корректировки учебного процесса в соответствии с индивидуальными показателями курсантов; создание нормативно-методического обеспечения, регламентирующего использование SMART-технологий в учебном процессе с учетом специфики профессиональной подготовки и требований информационной безопасности, характерных для ведомственных образовательных организаций.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article investigates the issues of forming professional communicative culture in cadets of Academy of Law and Management of the Federal Correctional Service of Russia in the context of modern digital transformation. The paper demonstrates that using SMART technologies, particularly in FLT teaching, as a tool to enhance the efficiency of this process. The relevance of implementing SMART technologies in FL learning is due to the fact that they ensure the personalization of the learners’ educational trajectories, create an interactive FL environment, and enable adaptive learning, which makes these a key tool for enhancing efficiency. The hypothesis put forward suggests that well-considered application of SMART technologies (mobile applications, LMS, interactive platforms and simulators) in teaching cadets of FSIN (Federal Penal Enforcement Service) universities will significantly contribute to increasing the level of their professional communicative cultural competence, including cognitive, operational-activity, and personal-motivational components, as compared to the traditional methods. Experimental teaching was conducted at the Academy of the Russian FSIN Federal Academy, using an adapted methodology for diagnosing the formation of professional culture (this was based on V. A. Yasvi’s approach). The results confirm the effectiveness of SMART integration, as they show positive dynamics in all components of professional communicative culture. We also identify the educational conditions for successful implementation of the SMART approach in specialized professional education. They are as follows: integration of digital educational resources into a unified information and communication environment ensuring seamless access to learning materials; development of digital competence in the lecturers, enabling them to effectively leverage the functionality of smart technologies for designing individual educational pathways; the development and implementation of adaptive learning systems based on big data analytics and artificial intelligence algorithms for objective monitoring of educational outcomes and timely adjustment of the educational process in accordance with individual indicators of cadets and students; and development of regulatory and methodological framework governing the use of smart technologies in education, taking into account the specifics of professional training and the stringent information security requirements that operate in the departmental educational institutions.</jats:p>
