Abstract
<jats:p>The article presents the author's vision of building a model of digital transformation of the logistics system of an enterprise. The proposed model consists of several subsystems: a subsystem that contains the stages of digital transformation of the logistics system of an enterprise; an organizational and management subsystem of digital transformation of the logistics system of an enterprise; a subsystem that provides for digital transformation of the logistics system along the supply chain; a subsystem aimed at forming a digital platform; a subsystem as a mechanism for implementing a digital platform of the logistics system of an enterprise. The stages of digital transformation of the logistics system of an enterprise are systematized, where the author highlights the following: diagnostics of the logistics system of an enterprise, development of a digital strategy, integration of digital technologies into the logistics system of an enterprise, transformation of the logistics system of an enterprise, monitoring and assessment of the effectiveness of the functioning of the logistics system of an enterprise. The principles of digital transformation of the logistics system of an enterprise are determined: integrity, flexibility, innovation, accessibility, informativeness, security, inclusiveness. The directions of digital transformation of the logistics system of the enterprise are substantiated, which are logistics business processes, green logistics, work with customers, concept, information protection, as well as factors that influence the provision of digital transformation processes of the logistics system of the enterprise, which are divided into internal and external. The directions of digital transformation of logistics business processes are determined by the elements of the supply chain: material and technical supply, storage, production, warehousing, transportation, sales. It is substantiated that the formation of a digital platform involves electronic document flow, warehousing and storage, production, cargo handling, sales, transportation, customs clearance, insurance, management. It is substantiated that the result of the implementation of the model of digital transformation of the logistics system of the enterprise will be a SMART logistics system of the enterprise.</jats:p>
