Abstract
<jats:p>В статье представлена информация о возведении экономически выгодных животноводческих комплексов. Было выяснено, что плановая экономика ГДР активно развивалась в те годы. Специалисты использовали свои разработки и заимствованные предложения других стран с целью снижения капитальных затрат на строительство сельскохозяйственных комплексов. На приведенном примере видно, что новые технические решения позволяли значительно снизить стоимость зданий на стадии проектирования и возведения. Приведены сроки окупаемости данных зданий и инженерного оборудования, благодаря которому удалось значительно снизить эксплуатационные расходы на объектах.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article provides information on the construction of economically profitable livestock complexes. It was found out that the planned economy of the GDR was actively developing in those years. The specialists used their own developments and borrowed proposals from other countries in order to reduce capital costs for the construction of agricultural complexes. The above example shows that new technical solutions made it possible to significantly reduce the cost of buildings at the design and construction stage. The payback period for these buildings and engineering equipment is given, thanks to which it was possible to significantly reduce operating costs at the facilities.</jats:p>
