Abstract
<jats:p>Домашние хозяйства являются ведущими субъектами экономических отношений, и обладают значительными финансовыми ресурсами для обеспечения устойчивости и самодостаточности экономики региона. Использованный индексный метод статистических исследований позволил выявить и измерить влияние факторов на инвестиционную активность домохозяйств. Полученные на основе этого метода показатели характеризуют степень человеческого развития, инновативность общества и качества городской среды, а также степень отрицательного воздействия кризисного индекса качества жизни. Критерии и факторы, влияющие на инвестиционную активность домохозяйств, позволяют определить положительные и отрицательные воздействия на процесс мобилизации сбережений домохозяйств в развитие конкретных территорий.</jats:p> <jats:p>Households are the leading subjects of economic relations, possessing significant financial resources to ensure the sustainability and self-sufficiency of the region's economy. The index method of statistical research used to identify and measure the impact of factors on the investment activity of households. The indicators obtained based on this method characterize the degree of human development, the innovativeness of society and the quality of the urban environment, as well as the degree of negative impact of the crisis index of quality of life. The criteria and factors affecting the investment activity of households allow us to identify the positive and negative effects on the process of mobilizing household savings for the development of specific territories.</jats:p>
