Abstract
<jats:p>Статья посвящена исследованию практик лингвокультурной адаптации мигрантов в регионах Российской Федерации с целью разработки теоретической модели, объясняющей влияние языковых и культурных компетенций мигрантов на их экономическую активность. Методология включает анализ научной литературы, контент-анализ публикаций и документов (2016–2026 гг., около 250 источников), а также сравнительный анализ региональных кейсов в Российской Федерации. Результаты демонстрируют, что развитие лингвокультурных компетенций способствует снижению коммуникативных барьеров и повышению качества занятости мигрантов. Предложена типология региональных моделей интеграции мигрантов (институциональная, адаптационная, сегментированная, коммуникативно-ограниченная), позволяющая целенаправленно управлять их лингвокультурной адаптацией в зависимости от социоэкономической повестки конкретного региона.</jats:p> <jats:p>This article examines migrants' linguistic and cultural adaptation practices in various regions of the Russian Federation. The aim of the study is to develop a theoretical model explaining the influence of migrants' linguistic and cultural competencies on their economic activity. The methodology includes an analysis of scientific literature, a content analysis of publications and documents (2016–2026, approximately 250 sources), and a comparative analysis of regional cases across the Russian Federation. The results demonstrate that developing linguistic and cultural competencies helps reduce communication barriers and improve the quality of migrant employment. A typology of regional models of migrant integration (institutional, adaptive, segmented, and communication-limited) is proposed, enabling targeted management of their linguistic and cultural adaptation depending on the socioeconomic agenda of a particular region.</jats:p>
