Abstract
<jats:p>В статье представлен комплексный анализ кадровых диспропорций в инновационном секторе в регионах Приволжского федерального округа (ПФО) на основе синхронного изучения двух взаимосвязанных показателей: текущей численности персонала, занятого научными исследованиями и разработками (НИОКР), и динамики подготовки будущих ученых в аспирантуре. Установлено, что, несмотря на общую положительную динамику подготовки аспирантов, значительная часть регионов ПФО демонстрирует стагнацию или сокращение численности действующего научного персонала.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article presents a comprehensive analysis of personnel imbalances in the innovation sector in the regions of the Volga Federal District (VFD) based on the simultaneous study of two interrelated indicators: the current number of personnel engaged in scientific research and development (R&D), and the dynamics of training future scientists in graduate school. It has been established that, despite the overall positive dynamics of postgraduate training, a significant part of the regions of the Volga Federal District demonstrate stagnation or a reduction in the number of active research staff.</jats:p>
