Abstract
<jats:p>В статье исследуется роль цифровизации социальной защиты населения как фактора человеческого развития и экономического роста. Раскрывается институциональная природа социальной защиты в условиях цифровой экономики, анализируются экономические механизмы цифровых социальных услуг. На основе данных международных организаций и страновых исследований выявлено влияние цифровизации на человеческое развитие. Особое внимание уделено российскому опыту. На основе сравнительного анализа доказано, что цифровизация социальной защиты при развитых институциональных механизмах и снижении цифрового неравенства повышает адресность, доступность и эффективность социальных услуг.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article examines the role of digitalization of social protection of the population as a factor in human development and economic growth. The institutional nature of social protection in the digital economy is revealed, and the economic mechanisms of digital social services are analyzed. Based on data from international organizations and country studies, the impact of digitalization on human development has been identified. Particular attention is paid to Russian experience. It has been proven based on comparative analysis that the digitalization of social protection with developed institutional mechanisms and a reduction in digital inequality increases the targeting, accessibility and effectiveness of social services.</jats:p>
