Abstract
<jats:p>Автоматизация информационных систем и процессов упрощает внедрение инноваций и предложение новых продуктов и услуг, позволяет снижать соответствующие затраты. Информационные технологии оказывают значительное влияние на деятельность хозяйствующих субъектов. Для реализации передовых решений и поддержания конкурентоспособности организациям необходимо постоянно модернизировать свои информационные системы. В статье система финансово-экономического управления предложена как проект. Оценены риски и определены основные финансовые показатели.</jats:p> <jats:p>Automation of information systems and processes simplifies and reduces the costs of introducing innovations and offering new products and services. All the latest breakthroughs in software technology in various industries are due to the high demand for them. According to the information provided, it is clear that information technology has a significant impact on the activities of economic entities. To implement advanced solutions and maintain their competitiveness, organizations need to constantly upgrade their information systems. The article proposes a financial and economic management system as a project. Risks have been assessed, and key financial indicators have been identified.</jats:p>
