Abstract
<jats:p>Актуальность исследования обусловлена ключевой ролью малого и среднего предпринимательства (МСП) в диверсификации экономики и обеспечении устойчивого роста, что особенно важно в условиях структурной трансформации и внешних вызовов. Проблема заключается в хроническом отставании сектора МСП в России по показателям вклада в ВВП и занятости от уровней экономик развитых стран, что свидетельствует о наличии глубоких системных барьеров. Целью статьи является комплексный анализ структурных и институциональных проблем развития МСП в современной России.</jats:p> <jats:p>The relevance of the study is due to the key role of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in economic diversification and ensuring sustainable growth, which is especially important in the context of structural transformation and external challenges. The problem lies in the chronic lag of the SME sector in Russia in terms of contribution to GDP and employment from the levels of developed economies, which indicates the presence of deep systemic barriers. The aim of the article is a comprehensive analysis of the structural and institutional problems of SME development in modern Russia.</jats:p>
