Abstract
<jats:p>Статья посвящена проблеме оценки прямых эффектов ИТ-проектов в цифровой экономике. Критическому анализу подвергается доминирующий подход, сводящий прямые эффекты к экономии затрат. Рассмотрено понятие приростного эффекта как увеличения выручки за счет создания новых источников дохода, также выделены драйверы появления приростного эффекта. Предложена концептуальная методика расчета дополнительной прибыли от расширения бизнес-возможностей.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article is devoted to the problem of assessing the direct effects of IT projects in the digital economy. The dominant approach, which reduces direct effects to cost savings, is critically analyzed. The concept of incremental effect is considered as an increase in revenue due to the creation of new sources of income, and the drivers of the incremental effect are also highlighted. A conceptual methodology for calculating additional profits from expanding business opportunities is proposed.</jats:p>
