Abstract
<jats:p>В статье рассматривается современное состояние и тенденции развития российской нефтеперерабатывающей отрасли в условиях внешнеэкономических ограничений и структурной трансформации глобальных энергетических рынков. Анализируется динамика объемов первичной переработки нефти, глубины переработки, производства и потребления нефтепродуктов в Российской Федерации. Особое внимание уделяется структурным изменениям в структуре потребления, связанным с ростом значимости нефтехимического сектора и переориентацией экспортных потоков на рынки Азии, Африки, Ближнего Востока и Латинской Америки. Выявляются ключевые факторы, повлиявшие на изменение технико-экономических показателей работы отрасли. Обосновывается необходимость интеграции принципов устойчивого развития в стратегическое планирование предприятий отрасли как механизма повышения устойчивости и адаптивности к долгосрочным вызовам.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article examines the current state and development trends of the Russian oil refining industry amid foreign economic restrictions and the structural transformation of global energy markets. It analyzes the dynamics of primary oil refining volumes, processing depth, production, and consumption of petroleum products in the Russian Federation. Particular attention is paid to structural changes in the consumption pattern associated with the growing importance of the petrochemical sector and the reorientation of export flows to the markets of Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. The key factors influencing the changes in the technical and economic performance indicators of the industry are identified. The necessity of integrating sustainable development principles into the strategic planning of industry enterprises is substantiated as a mechanism for increasing resilience and adaptability to long-term challenges.</jats:p>
