Abstract
<jats:p>В статье авторами рассматриваются актуальные проблемы современной системы зон охраны объектов культурного наследия Российской Федерации. Анализируется нормативноправовая база, выявляются противоречия и пробелы в механизмах установления и реализации охранных зон. Делается акцент на необходимость модернизации существующего законодательства, цифровизации охранной деятельности, а также межведомственной координации в целях эффективной охраны историко-культурного наследия.</jats:p> <jats:p>The authors examine current issues of the modern system of protection zones for cultural heritage sites in the Russian Federation. The regulatory framework is analyzed, contradictions and gaps in the mechanisms for establishing and implementing protection zones are identified. Emphasis is placed on the need to modernize existing legislation, digitalize security activities, and interdepartmental coordination for the effective protection of historical and cultural heritage.</jats:p>
