Abstract
<jats:p>В статье рассматривается опыт зарубежных государств, имеющих в своем составе арктические территории, в части применения инструментов бюджетного и налогового стимулирования развития арктических регионов. Анализируются особенности арктических регионов, связанные с их географической и климатической спецификой, и их влияние на хозяйственную деятельность бизнеса и жизнедеятельность населения на этих территориях. Изучено и обобщено влияние этих особенностей на бюджетно-налоговую политику государств в отношении арктических территорий в целях их поддержки и стимулирования их социально-экономического развития.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article examines the experience of foreign countries with Arctic territories in terms of the use of budgetary and tax incentives for the development of Arctic regions. The article analyzes the features of the Arctic regions related to their geographical and climatic specifics and their impact on the economic activities of businesses and the livelihoods of the population in these territories. The influence of these features on the fiscal policy of states in relation to the Arctic territories has been studied and summarized in order to support them and stimulate their socio-economic development.</jats:p>
