Abstract
<jats:p>Разделение науки управления на теорию, методологию и технологию в рамках их онтологического образа и установление состава их атрибутов определило не только целостность науки управления, а также наличие фундамента для исследования, построения и модификации структуры экономических систем типа «организация». Рассмотрены системные, процессные и функциональные атрибуты экономической системы в соответствии с онтологическим представлением науки управления. Автором разработана модель инжиниринга структуры экономических систем на основе новой концепция с участием ее ключевых атрибутов, которые последовательно оснащают управленческую деятельность необходимыми методологическими и технологическими инструментами. Важнейшие этапы модели инжиниринга структуры экономических систем детально рассмотрены для последовательного формирования содержания всех операций их реализации. Представлено практическое применение модели инжиниринга структуры экономических систем на примере процесса управления персоналом организации.</jats:p> <jats:p>The division of management science into theory, methodology and technology within the framework of their ontological image and the establishment of the composition of their attributes determined not only the integrity of management science, but also the existence of a foundation for the study, construction and modification of the structure of economic systems of the "organization" type. The system, process and functional attributes of the economic system are considered in accordance with the ontological representation of management science. The author has developed a model of engineering the structure of economic systems based on a new concept with the participation of its key attributes, which consistently equip management activities with the necessary methodological and technological tools. The most important stages of the model of engineering the structure of economic systems are considered in detail for the consistent formation of the content of all operations of their implementation. The practical application of the engineering model of the structure of economic systems is presented on the example of the personnel management process of an organization.</jats:p>
