Abstract

The article substantiates the need for enterprises to transition to an explerent management strategy under conditions of accelerated technological dynamics, emergence, and convergence of scientific and technical directions. It is proved that traditional linear models of strategic management, focused on gradual adaptation and maintaining market positions, do not provide sufficient effectiveness in an environment of high uncertainty and technological breakthroughs. The aim of the study is the theoretical substantiation and development of a structural-logical model for forming an explerent enterprise management strategy based on an intellectual-innovative platform, as well as the creation of the methodological tools for assessing an enterprise’s readiness for explerent development. The methodological basis of the study consists of system, process, and integrative approaches, which allowed the combination of conceptual modeling with applied strategic diagnostics. A structural-logical model of transforming external technological impulses into a strategic breakthrough was developed, which encompasses analytical, integrative-cognitive, design-experimental, and strategic-deployment levels. An intellectual-innovation platform was proposed as an organizational mechanism for continuous strategic renewal of the enterprise. From a scientific point of view, it is practically appropriate to form a methodological approach for the quantitative assessment of an enterprise’s readiness for exponential development through the integration of technological capability and organizational flexibility indicators. A readiness matrix was constructed, which allows determining the strategic position of the enterprise in a two-dimensional space and substantiating directions for transformation. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of using the proposed model and matrix as a diagnostic tool for strategic management, which provides objectivity in managerial decisions, determines development priorities, and monitors the transition to an explerent model. Prospects for further research are related to testing the methodology in various industries and integrating financial-risk parameters into the explerent development model.
