Abstract

The digital transformation of the national economy serves as a catalyst for inclusive growth by reshaping economic and social dynamics through advanced technologies. It expands access to resources, education, healthcare, and economic opportunities, improving connectivity and integrating marginalized groups into the economy. At the same time, this process requires significant investments, regulatory adaptation, and overcoming infrastructural barriers, as well as addressing the digital divide that limits equal access. Despite these challenges, digital transformation enhances quality of life, promotes social inclusion, and supports sustainable economic growth. Therefore, targeted policies and strategic investments in digital infrastructure and education are essential to ensure equitable access and enable all groups to benefit from the digital economy, while fostering innovation, competitiveness, and long-term resilience across all sectors.
