Abstract
<jats:p>The article studies the issues of substantiation of the components of the development of the system of management of innovation activity, innovative development of enterprises and their investment provision in the context of European integration and digitalization. The relevance of the topic of the study is due to the fact that the development and implementation of innovations in the implementation of innovation activities require the attraction and use of significant amounts of investment and all other types of resources, the implementation of actions to develop the innovation management system and the organization of this work. As a result, the study of the key components of the innovation management system of enterprises is an issue that requires further scientific research. It has been revealed that the key components of the development of the system of management of innovation activity, innovative development of enterprises and their investment provision in the context of business digitalization and European integration are the functional component, which includes the functions of forecasting and initiation, planning, organization, coordination and regulation, motivation, control functions in the management of innovation activity; the resource component, which is a set of investments and resources that forms the financial and economic basis for the development, functioning of the innovation system of the enterprise and provides all the necessary resources for its functioning, development and implementation of investment and innovation projects, including financial and investment, personnel, technical and technological, material, information resources, time resources necessary for the development and effective implementation of investment and innovation projects; process component, which includes a list of processes – from the development of the idea of conducting fundamental, applied research and development work, to the introduction of innovations in the production, release and further implementation and commercialization of innovative products and services; knowledge component, which ensures the formation and use of an employee of the enterprise, knowledge and competencies necessary for the development and creation of innovations, which together make it possible to build an optimal balanced system of management of innovation activity and ensure effective management of the processes of innovation activity of the enterprise.</jats:p>
