Research object. Organizational management processes in the context of digital transformation and growing uncertainty of the economic environment. Methods used in the study. The study used methods of analysis and synthesis, logical generalization, a systems approach, comparative analysis, structuring and classification, as well as tabular methods for generalizing theoretical and practical provisions. The main hypothesis of the study. The formation and implementation of the principles of resilient management, reinforced by digital technologies, is a key condition for ensuring the stability, adaptability and competitiveness of organizations in the modern economy.
