Abstract

The article substantiates the theoretical and methodological foundations of the structural and functional decomposition of the enterprise logistics potential management system. The research is based on a comprehensive analysis of modern approaches to logistics management and the theory of enterprise potential development. The essence and economic nature of the concept of "enterprise logistics potential" in the context of system management are revealed, which is defined as an integrated systemic characteristic of the enterprise's capabilities regarding the formation, coordination, and development of material, information, and financial flows. A structural and functional decomposition of the logistics potential is proposed, which involves dividing it into three hierarchical levels: the general level, which considers the logistics potential as an integral system; the functional level, which includes material and technical, production and sales, information and digital, personnel, organizational and managerial components; and the elemental level, which represents specific elements subject to direct management. This decomposition allows for detailed elaboration of the management system and ensures a comprehensive approach to its development. A conceptual model of the logistics potential management system has been formed, which reflects the interconnection between the external and internal environment, the system of management principles, the goal-setting process, implementation mechanisms, and results evaluation. The model integrates strategic, tactical, and operational management levels, ensuring continuous improvement of the logistics potential. The key principles of system management have been determined, including the principle of systemicity, which involves considering the logistics potential as an integral system of interrelated elements; the principle of synergy.
