Abstract
<jats:p>The article reviews modern scientific developments on the issues of intellectual capital of an enterprise and intellectual support of its management processes. The exceptional role of intellectual resources in the processes of personnel management of an enterprise is substantiated. The key areas of personnel management activity at the enterprise are identified and basic ways of their intellectual support are proposed in order to increase the efficiency of management processes and the quality of management decisions. The article is devoted to the study of intellectual support as an important factor in increasing the efficiency of personnel management in a modern enterprise. It is substantiated that in the conditions of rapid technological changes and digitalization, the modern paradigm of personnel management is based on the management of human potential and intellectual capital of the enterprise. It was found that despite a significant number of studies, there is no unity in defining the essence and components of intellectual capital. Particular attention is focused on the role of intellectual resources in the processes of personnel management. Reveals the content of intellectual support for personnel management through three key components of intellectual capital: human (personal intellectual resources of HR personnel), structural (organizational structure, software, HR analytics, databases) and relational (social and labor relations, organizational culture, social and psychological climate). The main areas of activity within the framework of the formation, assessment and development of the enterprise's personnel are substantiated and specific ways of their intellectual support are proposed. It is proven that effective intellectual support of personnel management requires a comprehensive approach that combines the development of HR specialists' competencies, process automation and the formation of a favorable organizational environment.</jats:p>
