Abstract
<jats:p>В статье рассматриваются элементы пространственной структуры экономики Сибири и Дальнего Востока в увязке с геологоразведочной деятельностью, задающей импульс развития для остальных отраслей и позволяющей подчеркнуть ценность ресурсных активов и информации о них, значимость экономических связей и адаптивности форм взаимодействия субъектов. В качестве пространственных приоритетов отмечаются не столько опорные населенные пункты, сколько потенциальные скопления полезных ископаемых, в том числе объекты федеральной программы «Геология: возрождение легенды» — источники для накопления локальных знаний о недрах научными и геологоразведочными предприятиями крупных индустриальных центров азиатской части России (Новосибирска, Иркутска, Красноярска и др.). Конкретными примерами обосновываются требования к принципам пространственного развития территории: гибкость в планировании и бюджетировании процессов изучения недр, наличие научно-производственной кооперации, наращивание кадрового потенциала и технической оснащенности, реализация масштабных инфраструктурных проектов.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article examines elements of the spatial structure of the economy of Siberia and the Far East in conjunction with geological exploration activities, providing an impetus to development in other industries. The author highlights the value of resource assets and information about them, the importance of economic ties, and the adaptability of interaction forms between entities. Spatial priorities are noted not so much as reference settlements, but rather potential accumulations of minerals, including objects of the federal program «Geology: Revival of the Legend» — sources for accumulating local knowledge about the subsoil by scientific and geological exploration enterprises of major industrial centers in the Asian part of Russia (Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Krasnoyarsk, etc.). Specific examples substantiate the requirements for the principles of spatial development of the territory: flexibility in planning and budgeting subsoil study processes, scientific-production cooperation, building up personnel potential and technical equipment, implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects.</jats:p>
